Meet Sarah Yanowitz, LMT, MLD, BA
Sarah brings 20 years of experience in massage and holistic healing modalities to Nourish & Company. Practicing massage in California and then Colorado, she developed an intuitive approach to her practice that combines deep tissue, Swedish and lymphatic massage, hot stone and raindrop therapies. She often combines techniques based on client input for benefits designed to nurture and refresh the system, allowing the body to relax and heal.
Her passion for facilitating the healing process stems from two traumatic injuries she suffered in the late 1990s, and her recovery process is what eventually led her to enroll at the Denver School of Massage Therapy.
Her own journey back to health allows her to understand the ebbs and flows of the healing process for each client. She applies a patient and gentle approach that’s nurturing yet meticulous.
Boulder has been Sarah’s home for the past 16 years. She loves to dance, spend time with friends and family, and to enjoy the mountains and meadows of Colorado. She can usually be found hiking or swimming with her sweet hound dog, Henry.
She invites clients to join her on a journey toward a more vibrant and pain-free life.
