On a quest for a more integrated approach to personalized fitness, she introduced heath coaching to her list of certifications to empower clients ready to take the steps to lasting lifestyle change for a healthier, more vibrant quality of life.

Denise has dedicated her career to nourishing and enhancing the skin through advanced esthetician techniques and state-of-the-art products for close to 25 years. Helping skin maintain a healthy glow through treatments, products and education, as well as reversing the effects of sun damage are just a few of her many talents.
Jodi Habecker
Massage Therapist
Jodi is a licensed massage therapist with over 19 years of experience. Through the years, her bodywork has changed and evolved into a unique intuitive style, which she calls Restorative Bodywork. Her intuitive and integrative bodywork weaves techniques from different modalities, customizing each session to meet the client’s needs. The modalities and tools she uses include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy Certification – CST1, CST2, LOKTE Method – Level 1 Certification, Cupping and Gua Sha.

Liz Murphy is excited about hair. Her passion for blonding, dimensional color, and vivids keeps her involved in extensive training classes. She also offers hair cutting and styling. She’s been in Colorado long enough to be considered local, but with a New Jersey flair. Mother of two boys, wife, and Rosie the dog’s #1 person. Liz moved to Niwot 8 years ago and has dreamed of working here ever since.
